Dear All, I did install TEKSIP on a remote server and assigned a public IP on it and just allowed everything (all ports) to test. My problem is that remote extensions are able to register and i see them registered in the registration tab on TEKSIP using the Natted public IP of their connection, but i cannot dial between extension. I did a debug and it shows the following:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SIP req. to : 212.36.207.44:53406 (UDP) - 1/3/2010 1:33:26 AM
SIP/2.0 404 Unknown user account Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.152.102.217:56666;branch=z9hG4bK-d8754z-823ccc5f3660530f-1---d8754z-;received=212.36.207.44;rport=53406 To: "200"<sip:200@213.164.11.178> From: "200"<sip:200@213.165.35.19>;tag=d5102028 Call-ID: YzFkZDUyZDM2ZDM0YzA1MTNmZTg1MTBjYTZiNjc5OGY. CSeq: 1 SUBSCRIBE Server: TekSIP/v2.4 Content-Length: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Line 3 shows that it is registered using private IP (10.152.102.217) while it also shows the public natted IP which is (212.36.207.44). I think that is causing the problem.
Is there a way to allow the TEKSIP to read the natted ip of the remote extensions rather than the private Ips ??

Hi Yasin, I did research it and i found it to be "NAT Traversal Issue of SIP". Any solution for this with TEKSIP?

Hi,
TekSIP handles NAT traversal issuse in some cases. I need to see client registrations and INVITE dialog in TekSIP.log.
Best regards,
